Prize Description

njoy the Chez Mal Brasserie at Malmaison Edinburgh for a culinary wonderland. Inspired with flavours both classic and French, their Chefs have created some magnificent menus and you'll find an energetic but relaxing atmosphere with knowledgeable service. Located by Leith Shore, the Edinburgh restaurant and brasserie is where you'll discover a range of seafood dishes, amongst others, to complement the waterside setting, with seared blackened salmon, tuna tartare and the lobster risotto. Atmospheric and ambient, you can enjoy it all at their restaurant in Edinburgh.
